This honey is harvested from hives of indigenous Irish Honey Bees, apis mellifera mellifera, on the south coast of Ireland, where the bees gather nectar from the abundant wild coastal flowers and from the bountiful garden blossoms.

On a mission to help protect our threatened bee species, Arthur and Hilda Stone are nurturing bees and harvesting honey using the most modern non-invasive methods.
